Meet the Owner and your Chief Event Designer, Shiron Haskins. She begin Shi Designs & Co. (formerly HLS PartiesGalore) as a creative outlet that combined her love for planning and styling beautiful events for all. She has six years of professional experience planning, designing and coordinating weddings and events in Richmond, VA and North Carolina. She thrives on the joy her events bring to her clients and the excitement when she reveals a transformed space. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing near bodies of water, an exquisite brunch and catching up on action packed movies.

Associate Planner
Meet Diondra Leake, our Associate Planner at Shi Designs and Co. She joined our team at the top of the pandemic in 2020 as an intern, promoting to Associate Planner in 2021. She thrives on ensuring all of clients' events go off without a hitch. She strives to provide excellent customer service with bright smile and welcoming personality. She also ensures your event is executed with lots of love and care. When she is not planning the perfect event for you, she enjoys traveling, wineries and the picture perfect photo op.
