The base of each package includes conceptualizing your vision, crafting your floor plan; ensuring all decor and rentals are available; set up and breakdown of SDC owned decor at the beginning and conclusion of a wedding or event. Your design and decor rentals are the other percentage of your package.

Shi Designs & Co. offers our clients multiple Wedding Coordination packages.

90 Day Coordination
This comprehensive package begins 90 days prior to the client's wedding day and includes two (2) professional wedding coordinators to manage and execute wedding day plans, development of execution strategies and wedding day run of show. Additionally, light set up of personal wedding details*, vendor management, constant client conversations with up to five (5) in person meetings over the course of 90 days.

In addition, our team of seasoned professionals will facilitate your wedding rehearsal up to 1.5 hours, and day of coordination up to 12 hours of service on wedding day. Guest management and concierge service is provided as well. Your investment starts at $3299.

30 Day Coordination
Perfect for the DIY couple who has planned their wedding and seeking a professional to execute their plans. This comprehensive package begins 30 days prior to your wedding day. As a couple, you will receive one dedicated professional wedding coordinator* to manage and execute plans, light set up of personal wedding items**, and up to three client meetings prior to the wedding day. Your wedding coordinator will facilitate your wedding rehearsal up to 1.5 hours, and day of coordination up to eight (8) hours of service on wedding day. Guest management and concierge service is provided as well. Your investment starts at $1999.
